Semi-sparkling wine made by natural fermentation from grapes harvested exclusively in the vineyards of the DOCG Asolo district. Straw-yellow colour and extremely fine perlage, it has a slightly aromatic scent with a pleasant bouquet of fruit and white flowers. The flavour is fine, light and sapid. It has a moderate alcoholic content and is crisp and lively. Suitable for any social occasion, it is ideal as an aperitif, but also perfect when served with light dishes or fish. Serve at 8-10° C.
