Sparkling wine made by natural fermentation with the Charmat method. It embodies all the fragrance of Asolo Prosecco DOCG. It is a pale, bright straw-yellow colour with a fine, persistent perlage. It has an intense, fruity, lingering bouquet reminiscent of apple and acacia flowers. With a sapid, slightly mellow taste, it is ideal as an aperitif, but also suitable for all courses of the meal, paired with fish and white meat dishes.
Serve at 6-8° C.
