Sparkling wine made by natural fermentation with the Charmat method, obtained from grapes of the limited area of Cartizze in Valdobbiadene. Very pale straw-yellow colour, with a fine, persistent perlage and a complex, fruity bouquet,
reminiscent of green apple and pear, with intense notes of citrus fruit and white flowers. With its creamy foam and delicate, pleasantly sweet taste, it is the perfect choice for a grand finale, perhaps accompanying a dessert, but it also excellent when served with certain cheeses. Serve at 6-8° C.
