Asolo Prosecco DOCG



The area of the Asolo Hills, located in the territory of Alta Marca Trevigiana, is known for being rich in history, tradition, art, and excellent wines. In these zones, the vines have been cultivated for centuries and the production of wine is among the most renowned in the world. From the combination of tradition and innovation and the favourable balance between climate and soil type, typical of this territory, we obtain wines with unique and unequalled organoleptic characteristics.

The wines produced in this area have been DOC Montello and Colli Asolani since 1977, followed by the DOCG recognized for the Asolo Prosecco Superiore in June 2009 and, in October 2011, for Montello Rosso.

At the top of the most important national and international competitions, these wines are obtaining a wide audience in many European and extra-European countries, also thanks to those typical characteristics of identity and strong link with their origin that have remained intact over time.

Asolo Prosecco

Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG is obtained from Glera grapes cultivated in the hilly area of the 19 municipalities of the Montello and Colli Asolani districts. In the organoleptic analysis, the wine shows to be elegant, light, with a fresh, fruity, and floral aroma. Depending on the soil of origin of the grapes, it can have hints of citrus (lemon and citron), honey, ripe apple, and white flowers.

It is a wine of great aromatic constancy and with an acidity perfectly harmonized with its sapidity, indicating a strong relationship between product and place of origin, and the result of a perfect pedoclimatic situation, unique of its kind.

The soft taste, delicate body, and velvety, creamy bubbles, full of liveliness, make it a very pleasant wine with excellent drinkability.
