Where the land takes shape

Every wine begins in the vineyard, but it is in the winery that it takes shape. Here, in our Montebelluna headquarters, the collective harvest becomes a coherent, distinctive product – ready to carry the voice of our land into the world.
Each delivery is traced, analysed, and processed according to adaptable yet rigorous technical protocols that ensure consistency and constant quality.
The entire process is automated and closely monitored, yet always overseen by our internal technical team: from fermentation and refermentation control to isobaric filtration, every stage is designed to preserve the varietal character of the grapes and reflect the stylistic identity of each denomination.

Two independent production lines
Today, our vinification takes place across two independent production lines. This structure allows us to respond efficiently to the different needs of product, market, and logistics.

Dedicated to still, semi-sparkling and sparkling wines, this is the winery’s original heart. Its flexibility allows for varied volumes and small-batch experimentation, with direct control over the quality of the base wines and how they evolve.
Devoted entirely to the Martinotti (or Charmat) Method, this is the engine room of Montelliana’s production. Built for precision and consistency, it allows independent management of secondary fermentation, with automated control over temperature, pressure and maturation times.
A space of continuity and renewal
In 2021, we completed the renovation of our headquarters, located on the road between Montebelluna and Conegliano – an ambitious architectural project that redefined the winery’s identity. Covering 1,800 square metres across three floors and a basement, the building now houses offices, administrative areas, a meeting hall, a panoramic terrace for events, and a dedicated space for hospitality and tastings.

The project was guided by a single idea: continuity – between new and existing spaces, between work and representation, between the productive landscape and the welcoming of visitors. The new structure integrates seamlessly with the winery’s historic buildings – the warehouse, the Bottega del Prosecco, and the production area – forming a coherent, accessible whole.
