Semi-sparkling wine made by natural fermentation. Straw-yellow colour with a hint of violet, it has a distinctive floral, fruity, pleasant bouquet. Full-bodied, mildly sweet, harmonious taste. Suitable for any social occasion, it is ideal as an aperitif, but also perfect when served with light dishes and fish. Serve at 8-10° C.
